Reviews policy
Oakwell is a new service, so there are no reviews to show yet. When there are, this is how we will ask for them and show them.
Who this page is for: anyone thinking of leaving a review, or reading reviews about us.
How we ask for reviews
- We invite every client to leave a review, whatever their experience, at the same point: after the follow-up, never on the day of feedback.
- We never offer anything in return for a review.
- We never ask only the people we think are happy.
How we show reviews
- If we show reviews on this website, we show all of them, or link straight to our Google profile.
- We never hide, filter or edit genuine reviews.
- We never write, buy or invent reviews or testimonials. Fake reviews are against the law under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
How we reply
When we reply to a review in public, we never confirm that someone is a client or mention anything about them. We use the same reply each time: “Thank you for your feedback. We can’t discuss individual circumstances publicly; please contact us directly.”
Client stories
We only share a real client’s story with their specific written consent, made anonymous so they can’t be recognised. Anyone can withdraw their story at any time. Any example we use before then is clearly labelled as illustrative.
