Terms of business
These terms explain how booking, payment, rescheduling and cancellation work when you use Oakwell’s services.
Who this page is for: anyone booking or thinking of booking an Oakwell service.

Who we are
Oakwell is a trading name of Hanson Care Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 11998035, registered office 14 Lawn Close, Ruislip, HA4 6ED.
Our services and fees
- Autism assessment: £1,999.
- Mental health assessment and triage: £200, including the initial consultation.
- Goal Coaching Mentorship Programme: CHECK: fee and length stay hidden until D2.6 is answered: same £999 for 8 and 12 weeks? who contracts and pays for 16 to 17-year-olds? does Hans’s DBS include the children’s barred list?
No VAT payable: we aren’t VAT-registered. What each fee includes is on our fees page.
Booking and payment
Full payment at booking. No payment plans or deposits.
Your right to cancel
If you book with us online, by phone or by email, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. CHECK: 14-day cancellation rights, the model form and the 'start within 14 days' wording: solicitor (D2.3)
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments

If an assessment can’t be completed
If an assessment can’t be completed, stages not yet delivered are refunded and completed stages are charged. CHECK: the price of each stage of the £1,999 assessment (D2.3)
Reports and letters
Report amendments and extra letters are included. No extras cost more.
